Seals a message using AES encryption and a shared secret derived from given keys.
Parameters
- message: string
  The message to seal
- privateKey: PrivateKey
  The private key to use for encryption
- publicKey: PublicKey
  The public key to use for encryption
- nonce: UInt64
  A nonce to use for encryption
Returns Bytes
The sealed message as Bytes
